この製品は、1960年代に日本に駐留していたアメリカ軍PX(Post Exchangeの略で米軍基地内の売店)からのオーダーで作られた星形ステッチ入りのジーンズの復刻モデルです。1960年代のミリタリースタイルの要素を随所に盛り込みつつも、テーラーメイドの繊細なシルエット、ディテール、縫製を取り入れ、街着として着易い洗練されたファッショナブルなデザインに仕上げられています。

シルエットは、ミッドライズ(スタンダードな股上)のスタイリッシュなレギュラーフィットストレートです。フロント前開きはボタンフライで、トップボタンを含めて5つボタンです。ヒザから裾にかけてほとんどテーパードがかけられていないオーセンティックなストレートで、どのようなトップスでも合わせやすいシルエットに設計されています。

素材はコットン100%の14.25オンスワンウォッシュセルビッジデニムです。新品の状態ではゴツゴツ感のある硬めのデニム生地ですが、履き込み、洗濯を繰り返すほどに、生地が馴染み、やわらかくなり、リアルなヒゲ・アタリ・タテ落ち感が味わえるジーンズです。着用を繰り返すことによって、ヴィンテージデニムのように美しく「経年変化」していきます。

また、ワンウォッシュ済みですのでリジット(生デニム)とは違い、縮みが最小限(縮率は通常の洗濯で3%以内)で、サイズ選びも容易で、美しい縦落ちやサイドシームのアタリなどの経年変化も楽しめるデニムです。

フロントにはSugar Caneロゴ刻印入りの鉄製のボタンが使用されています。トップボタンのみドーム型で黒く塗装されています。

ポケット数は5つです。フロントにリベット付きハンドポケット×2、リベット付きセルビッジ仕様コインポケット×1、バックに隠しリベット付きバックポケット×2です。

フロントハンドポケットの袋地にはオフホワイトのコットンドリル生地が使用されています。

バックポケットには、60年代に作られたモデルから受け継いだスターステッチが配されています。手作業のため個々に異なる表情を見せるステッチです。

アウトシームセルビッチ(セルビッジ)はオフホワイトにピンクラインのセルビッジ仕様です。

バックパッチは、アメリカ本土をモチーフにした鹿皮製のラベルです。ラベルには太糸で星型のハンドステッチが施されています。

ベルトループは5つ付けで、バックのセンターベルトループは中央位置に配された仕様です。
